I'm passionate about good TV shows, my family, and mental health! I specialize in areas like stress and anxiety, depression, family issues, relationships, identity struggles (especially during life transition), guilt and shame, codependency, and Christian counseling. Having grown up in a family of six kids, I've also focused on getting specific training to work with families and couples. I'm a licensed professional counselor associate, supervised by Jenee Dusza, LPC-S.

I love helping teens and young adults make sense of their mental health, and guide them through transitions. Let's face it, school, friendships, and family can have their own challenges, and sometimes having someone to help you walk through it makes all the difference.
