I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, no judgement, no perfect answers, and definitely no need to have it all figured out. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or caught between who you are and who you feel you’re “supposed” to be. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, boundaries, and family, cultural, or religious expectations. 

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with room for curiosity, psychoeducation, and a little humor along the way. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I value the role culture, language, and identity can play in healing. Together, we can explore your experiences, reconnect with who you are, and better understand your mind and body. You don’t have to have it all figured out, we can start right where you are!
